About the Role:
Divine Global Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our growing team in Lexington, SC. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by identifying issues before they reach end users. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases and test plans
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
- 2+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- 2+ years knowledge of manual testing techniques (functional, regression, smoke, usability, boundary testing)
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software quality metrics
- 3+ years deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid), business processes
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and daily standups
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role
- Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write simple database queries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $53.00 per hour
